- 02No paying to appear or to rank.A physician cannot buy a listing, a better position, or the removal of a fact. Order comes from training, record and practice, and nothing else.
- 03No star ratings.Stars are easy to game and impossible to audit. We show facts with their sources, and we show where a fact came from before we show the fact.
- 04No selling of visitor data.What we keep about a visit is small and listed on the security page. None of it is sold, shared or traded, at any level that could describe a person.
- 05No listing we cannot verify.A physician we are unsure about is left out, not published with a caveat. Accuracy comes before completeness, every time.
- 06No hiding a fee.Practices that charge a membership fee are marked so you know before you call. The marker changes nothing about where they appear.
