By accessing or using DocBeat (docbeat.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. DocBeat is operated by DocBeat, Inc. and is provided as a free public information service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

DocBeat provides information about physicians sourced from publicly available government and state databases. The content on DocBeat, including physician evaluations and profiles, is provided for informational purposes only. DocBeat is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Physician evaluations are proprietary estimates based on publicly available data and do not constitute a clinical evaluation or recommendation. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. The presence of a physician on DocBeat does not imply endorsement of that physician. The absence of a physician from DocBeat does not imply that physician is unqualified.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that physician information displayed on DocBeat is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information sourced from third-party government databases. DocBeat does not currently display whether a physician is accepting new patients, or which insurance plans they participate in. We recommend calling the practice directly to confirm both before scheduling. Malpractice and disciplinary data is sourced from public records and may be incomplete or subject to update. A clean record on DocBeat does not guarantee the absence of claims or actions not yet reflected in public databases.

DocBeat is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use DocBeat to search for and learn about physicians for your own healthcare decision-making. You may not use DocBeat to scrape, harvest, or collect physician data in bulk. You may not use DocBeat to build competing products or services. You may not use automated systems to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human user could reasonably produce.

The DocBeat name, logo, evaluation methodology, and site design are proprietary to DocBeat, Inc. Physician data sourced from government databases is public record and is not owned by DocBeat. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on DocBeat's proprietary content without written permission.

If you are a physician listed on DocBeat and believe information about you is inaccurate, please contact us at hello@docbeat.ai. We will review your request and update information where appropriate based on verified sources. DocBeat does not currently offer a paid listing or profile claiming service. All physician evaluations are determined solely by our methodology.

DocBeat does not currently display advertising. If we introduce it, advertising placements will be clearly labeled and separated from physician information, and advertisers will never influence physician evaluations, their position in results, or the content of physician profiles. That commitment applies regardless of who the advertiser is.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DocBeat and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on information displayed on DocBeat. DocBeat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DocBeat shall be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
